• The minimum order value for this website is £100 plus VAT. This enables us to ensure fast delivery and good after sales support.

• Spend £150 (ex VAT) and delivery is FREE (UK Mainland) and shipped the same working day on a 48 Hour service (order by 11am)

• Small orders under £150 are charged at £9.90 for shipping and also go on a 48 hour service

• Any problems with stocks and we will contact you the same business day'.

Accepting your Goods

All orders will be sent using a signed-for service. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a card with instructions. 

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified the same business day by email or telephone. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.

Timing

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. We recommend you only arrange for trades-people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered from us.

Returning Samples Unwanted Goods

Please contact us with details of your order and what you wish to return. If accepted we will send you an RMA number.
